Bentwood rings cannot be mass-produced. Each ring takes time, care, and a practiced eye to complete. We do try to carry a small inventory of common sizes and styles, but many of the rings ordered are made custom once the request comes in. Turnaround for this process is 1-3 weeks, depending on how many backorders there are at the time.

Returns & Exchanges

If your are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving it, you may return your ring for a full refund. If, for any reason, the ring you received does not match the specifications of the one you ordered, please email us at gsilcher@ridgelinerings.com, or send us a note through the website to either receive a full refund or a new ring that adheres to the specifications of your order.
